    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    A=3x+\sqrt{16-24x+9x^{2}}
    =3x+\sqrt{(4-3x)^{2}}
    =3x+|4-3x|
    Thay x=-3 vào biểu thức A , ta được :
    A=3.(-3)+|4-3.(-3)|
    =-9+|4+9|
    =-9+4+9
    =4
    B=5x-\sqrt{4x^{2}+12x+9}
    =5x-\sqrt{(2x+3)^{2}}
    =5x-|2x+3|
    Thay x=-\sqrt{5} vào biểu thức B , ta được :
    B=5.(-\sqrt{5})-|2.(-\sqrt{5})+3|
    =-5\sqrt{5}-|-2\sqrt{5}+3|
    =-5\sqrt{5}-(-3+2\sqrt{5})
    =-5\sqrt{5}-2\sqrt{5}+3
    =-7\sqrt{5}+3

    A=3x+sqrt(16-24x+9x^2)
    =3x+sqrt(4^2-2*4*3x+(3x)^2)
    =3x+sqrt[(4-3x)^2]
    =3x+|4-3x|
    Thay x = -3 ta được :
    A=3x+|4-3x|=3*(-3)+|4-3*(-3)|=-9+|13|=-9+13=4
    Vậy A=4
    B=5x-sqrt(4x^2+12x+9)
    =5x-sqrt[(2x)^2+2*2x*3+3^2)
    =5x-sqrt[(2x+3)^2]
    =5x-|2x+3|
    Thay x=-sqrt5 ta được :
    A=5(-sqrt5)-|2(-sqrt5)+3|
    =-5sqrt5-(-2sqrt5+3)
    =-5sqrt5+2sqrt5+3
    =-3sqrt5+3=3-3sqrt5
