    0 < b ≤ c . CM : (2b + c)^2 ≤ 9bc
    (2b + c)^2 = 4b^2 + 4bc + c^2 ≤ 9bc
    => 4b^2 + c^2 ≤ 5bc
    Vì b ≤ c
    => 4b^2 + c^2 ≤ 5bc ≤ 5c^2
    => 4b^2 ≤ 5c^2 – c^2 = 4c^2
    => b^2 ≤ c^2 (Luôn đúng với b ≤ c <=> b^2 ≤ c^2)
    => Đpcm.
