    $48^2-42^2+64-52^2$
    $=(48^2-52^2)-42^2+64$
    $=(48-52)(48+52)-(42-8)(42+8)$
    $=-4.100-34.50$
    $=-50(8+34)$
    $=-50.42$
    $=-2100$

    = (48^2 – 52^2) – (42^2 – 38^2)
    = (48+52)(48−52)−(42+8)(42−8)
    = = − 4.100 − 50.34
    = − 8.50 − 50.34 
    = 50 ( − 8 − 34 )
     = 50. ( − 42 ) = − 2100
