    a=-2, b=3
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    (x-3)(2x^2+ax+b)=2x^3-8x^2+9x-9
    <=> (x-3)(2x^2+ax+b)=2x^3-6x^2-2x^2+6x+3x-9
    <=> (x-3)(2x^2+ax+b)=2x^2(x-3)-2x(x-3)+3(x-3)
    <=> (x-3)(2x^2+ax+b)=(x-3)(2x^2-2x+3)
    <=> 2x^2+ax+b=2x^2-2x+3
    <=> ax+b=-2x+3
    <=> a=-2, b=3
    Vậy a=-2, b=3
