     4xy-4y-4x^2-8=0
    -(2x-y)^2+y^2-4y+8=0
    (y-2)^2-(2x-y)^2-12=0
    (y-2+2x-y)(y-2-2x+y)=12
    (2x-2)(2y-2x-2)=12
    4(x-1)(y-x-1)=12
    (x-1)(y-x-1)=3
    Từ đó suy ra {(x=4),(y=6):} hoặc {(x=2),(y=6):} hoặc {(x=0),(y=-2):} hoặc {(x=-2),(y=-2):}

    ⇔ -x^2 +xy -y-2 =0
    ⇔ x^2 -xy +y +2=0
    ⇔ 4x^2 -4xy +4y +8= 0 
    ⇔ (4x^2 -4) +( -4xy+4y.1)+12=0 
    ⇔ 4 (x^2-1) -4y (x-1) +12=0
    ⇔ (x^2-1) -y(x-1) +3 =0
    ⇔ (x-1)(x+1)-y(x-1) = -3
    ⇔(x-1)(x+1-y)=-3
     ta có bảng sau
