    <=> |x+15| = $\left \{ {{x+15} \atop {-x+15}} \right.$ 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x+15=3x-1\\x+15=(-3x-1)\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-3x=-1-15\\x+15=-3x+1\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}-2x=-16\\x+3x=1-15\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=-16:(-2)\\x=-14(x-ko thỏa mãn)\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=8\\4x=-14(x-ko thỏa mãn)\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=> Vậy x = 8

    $\Leftrightarrow$ |x + 15|= 3x – 1
    $\Leftrightarrow$ $\left[\begin{matrix} x+15= 3x-1\\ x+15=-(3x-1)\end{matrix}\right.$
    $\Leftrightarrow$ $\left[\begin{matrix} x-3x=-1-15\\ x+15=-3x+1\end{matrix}\right.$
    $\Leftrightarrow$ $\left[\begin{matrix} -2x=-16\\ x+3x=1-15\end{matrix}\right.$
