    4(x+1)^ 2 +(2x-1)^ 2-8(x+1)(x-1)=0
    <=>4(x^2+2x+1) +(4x^2-4x+1)-8(x^2-1)=0
    <=>4x^2+8x+4 +4x^2-4x+1-8x^2+8=0
    <=>4x+13=0
    <=>x=-13/4
    Vậy x=-13/4

     4(x+1)²+(2x-1)²-8(x+1)(x-1)=0
    ⇒4.(x²+2.x.1+1²)+[(2x)²-2.2x.1+1²]-8(x²-1²)=0
    ⇒4x²+8x+4+4x²-4x+1-8x²+8=0
    ⇒4x+13=0
    ⇒4x=-13
    ⇒x=-13/4
    Vậy x=-13/4
