⇔ x^2 – 4x + 1 = 3x – 5

⇔ x^2 – 4x + 1 – 3x + 5 = 0

⇔ x^2 – 7x + 6 = 0

⇔ x(x – 6) – (x – 6) = 0

⇔ (x-6)(x-1) = 0

⇔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-6=0\\x-1=0\end{array} \right.\)

⇔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=6\\x=1\end{array} \right.\)

x(x – 4) + 1 = 3x – 5

⇔ x^2 – 4x + 1 = 3x – 5

⇔ x^2 – 4x + 1 – 3x + 5 = 0

⇔ x^2 – 7x + 6 = 0

⇔ x(x – 6) – (x-6) = 0

⇔ (x – 1)(x – 6) = 0

⇔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-1=0\\x-6=0\end{array} \right.\)

⇔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=1\\x=6\end{array} \right.\)

Vậy x ∈ {1;6}
