    4x(x – 3) – (2x – 5)^2 = -1
    ⇔ 4x^2 – 12x – (4x^2 – 10x – 10x + 25) = -1
    ⇔ 4x^2 – 12x – (4x^2 – 20x + 25) = -1
    ⇔ 4x^2 – 12x – 4x^2 + 20x – 25 = -1
    ⇔ 8x = -1 + 25 = 24
    ⇔ x = 3
    Vậy  x = 3
