$\left(\dfrac{\:1-3x^2}{1-x^2\:}\right):\left(\dfrac{2\:-\:1}{x+1}\right)$
$=\dfrac{\left(1-3x^2\right)\left(x+1\right)}{\left(1-x^2\right)\left(2-1\right)}$
$=\dfrac{1-3x^2}{1-x}$
