    Giải đáp+giải thích các bước giải:
    (3x+1)^2-36(x-5)^2=0
    (3x+1)^2-6^2.(x-5)^2=0
    (3x+1)^2-[6(x-5)]^2=0
    [3x+1-6(x-5)].[3x+1+6(x-5)]=0
    (3x+1-6x+30)(3x+1+6x-30)=0
    (31-3x)(9x-29)=0
    \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}31-3x=0\\9x-29=0\end{array} \right.\)
    \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=\dfrac{31}{3}\\x=\dfrac{29}{9}\end{array} \right.\)
    Vậy x=\frac{31}{3} hoặc x=\frac{29}{9}

    (3x+1) ²-36(x-5) ²=0
    =>9x²+6x+1-36(x²-10x+25)=0
    =>9x²+6x+1-36x²+360x-900=0
    =>-27x²+366x-900=0
    =>-9x(3x-1)=0
    =>-9x=0   hoặc      3x-1=0
     =>x=0                    x=1 phần 3
