    $\text{⇔ 10$x^{2}$ + 9x – ( 10$x^{2}$ + 15x – 2x – 3 ) = 8}$
    $\text{⇔ 10$x^{2}$ + 9x – ( 10$x^{2}$ + 13x – 3 ) = 8}$
    $\text{⇔ 10$x^{2}$ + 9x – 10$x^{2}$ – 13x + 3 = 8}$
    $\text{⇔ 9x – 13x + 3 = 8}$
    $\text{⇔ -4x + 3 = 8}$
    $\text{⇔ -4x = 5}$
    $\text{⇔ x = -}$$\dfrac{5}{4}$
    Vậy $\text{x = -}$$\dfrac{5}{4}$

    $⇔ 10x²+9x-10x²-13x+3=8$
    $⇔ (10x²-10x²)+(9x-13x)+3=8$
    $⇔ -4x+3=8$
    $⇔-4x=5$
    $⇔ x=$$-\frac{5}{4}$ 
     $Vậy$ $x=$$-\frac{5}{4}$
