    $a,$ $ĐKXĐ$ của $M$ là:
    $\begin{cases} x-2\neq0\\x+2\neq0\\x^2-4\neq0 \end{cases}$
    $⇒$ $\begin{cases} x\neq2\\x\neq-2\\x\neq±2 \end{cases}$
    Vậy $x\neq±2$ thì $M$ xác định.
    $b,$ $\dfrac{1}{x-2}-\dfrac{1}{x+2}+\dfrac{x^2+4x}{x^2-4}$ 
    $=\dfrac{1}{x-2}-\dfrac{1}{x+2}+\dfrac{x^2+4x}{(x-2)(x+2)}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x+2}{(x-2)(x+2)}-\dfrac{x-2}{(x+2)(x-2)}+\dfrac{x^2+4x}{(x-2)(x+2)}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x+2-x+2+x^2+4x}{(x-2)(x+2)}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x+4x+4}{(x-2)(x+2)}$ 
    $=\dfrac{(x+2)^2}{(x-2)(x+2)}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x+2}{x-2}$ 
    $c,$ $\dfrac{x+2}{x-2}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x+2+2-2}{x-2}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x-2+4}{x-2}$ 
    $=\dfrac{x-2}{x-2}+\dfrac{4}{x-2}$ 
    $=1+\dfrac{4}{x-2}$ 
    Để $M$ nguyên:
    $⇒$ $4\vdots(x-2)$
    $⇒$ $(x-2)∈Ư(4)\begin{cases}\end{cases}±1;±2;±4\left.\begin{matrix}\end{matrix}\right\}$
    $⇒$ $x=\begin{cases}\end{cases}3;1;4;0;6;-2\left.\begin{matrix}\end{matrix}\right\}$
    Mà: $x\neq-2$
