    =[(x(x-2))/((x+2)(x-2))-((x-3)(x-2))/((x+2)(x-2))+(3x+2)/((x+2).(x-2))].(x^2+x-6)/(4x-16)

    =[(x^2-2x-(x^2-2x-3x+6)+3x+2)/((x+2)(x-2))].(x^2-2x+3x-6)/(4x-16)
