b) (x + 1)(x + 2)(x – 1) – (x – 2)^3 – x^2 = 7x^2 – 2x + 1

x(2-x)-1(2-x)+(x-3)(x-3)=4-2x
2x-x²-2+x+x(x-3)-3(x-3)=4-2x
2x-x²-2+x+x²-3x-3x+9=4-2x
(2x+x-3x-3x)+(-x²+x²)+(-2+9)=4-2x
-3x+7=4-2x
-3x+7+2x=4
(-3x+2x)+7=4
-x=4-7
-x=-3
=>x=3
b)(x+1)(x+2)(x-1)-(x-2)³-x²=7x²-2x+1
x(x+2)(x-1)+1(x+2)(x-1)-(x-2)(x-2)(x-2)-x²=7x²-2x+1
x(x²-x+2x-2)+1(x²-x+2x-2)-x(x-2)(x-2)+2(x-2)(x-2)-x²=7x²-2x+1
x³-x²+2x²-2x+x²-x+2x-2-x(x²-2x-2x+4)+2(x²-2x-2x+4)-x²=7x²-2x+1
x³-x²+2x²-2x+x²-x+2x-2-x³+2x²+2x²-4x+2x²-4x-4x+8-x²=7x²-2x+1
(x³-x³)+(-x²+2x²+x²+2x²+2x²+2x²-x²)+(-2x-x+2x-4x-4x-4x)+(-2+8)=7x²-2x+1
7x²-13x+6=7x²-2x+1
(7x²-7x²)-(13x-2x)=1-6
-11x=-5
x=$\frac{5}{11}$
