2+\sqrt{2}=a(1+\sqrt{2})+3

<=>\sqrt{2}+2-3=a(1+\sqrt{2})

<=>\sqrt{2}-1=a(1+\sqrt{2})

<=>a=\frac{\sqrt{2}-1}{1+\sqrt{2}}

<=>a=\frac{(\sqrt{2}-1)^2}{(\sqrt{2}+1)(\sqrt{2}-1)}

<=>a=\frac{\sqrt{2}^2-2.\sqrt{2}.1+1^2}{\sqrt{2}^2-1^2}

<=>a=\frac{2-2\sqrt{2}+1}{2-1}

<=>a=3-2\sqrt{2}

Vậy a=3-2\sqrt{2}
