a) $ x^3 – 4x^2 – 9x + 36 = 0 $

⇒ $ x^2 ( x – 4 ) – 9 ( x – 4 ) = 0 $

⇒ $ (x^2 – 9 ) ( x – 4 ) = 0 $

⇒ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x^2-9=0\\x-4=0\end{array} \right.\)

⇒ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x^2=9\\x=4\end{array} \right.\)

⇒ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=±3\\x=4\end{array} \right.\)

Vậy $ x = -3 $ hoặc $ x = 3 $ hoặc $ x = 4 $

b) $ (x + 2 )^3 + ( x – 4 )^2 + x^2 – 1 = 0 $

⇒ $x^3 + 6x^2 + 12x + 8 + x^2 – 8x + 16 + x^2 – 1 = 0 $

⇒$ x^3 + 8x^2 + 4x + 23 = 0 $

( làm đến đây thì chưa làm được nữa )
