    $\left(2x+3\right)^4-\left(x-4\right)\left(x+4\right)-3\left(x^2+3\right)=0$
    ⇒4 x (x (4 x (x + 6) + 53) + 54) + 88 = 0
    ⇒4 x^4 + 24 x^3 + 53 x^2 + 54 x = -22
    ⇒4 (4 x^4 + 24 x^3 + 53 x^2 + 54 x + 22) = 0
    ⇒16x^4+96x^3+212x^2+216x+88=0
    \(⇒\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=−2,541711\\x=−1,324316\end{array} \right.\) 
    $\text{Vậy x = −2,541711 và −1,324316}$
