    <=>\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x+4=8\\x+4=-8\end{array} \right.\) 
    <=>\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=8-4=4\\x=(-8)-4=-12\end{array} \right.\)
    <=>\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=4\\x=-12\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy x=4 hoặc x=-12

    |x+4| = 8
    TH1:
    x + 4 = 8
    x = 8 – 4
    x = 4
    TH2:
    x + 4 = -8
    x = -8 – 4
    x = -12
    <=> Vậy x = 4 hoặc x = -12
