    ( 2x + 1 )^3 = -0,001
    => (2x+1)^3 = (-0,1)^3
    => 2x+1=-0,1
    => 2x=-1,1
              x=-0,55
    Vậy x=-0,55

    Giải đáp + giải thích các bước giải : 
    $\\$ ( 2x + 1 )^3 = -0,001
    $\\$ \Leftrightarrow (2x+1)^3 = (-1/10)^3
    $\\$ \Leftrightarrow 2x + 1 = -1/10
    $\\$  \Leftrightarrow 2x = -11/10
    $\\$ \Leftrightarrow x = -11/20
    $\\$ Vậy : x = -11/20
