    x^2 + 2x + 2 = 2012
    ->x^2 + 2x + 2 – 2012=0
    -> x^2 + x  + x + 1 + 1 – 2012=0
    -> (x^2 +x) + (x+1) + (1-2012)=0
    -> x (x+1) + (x+1) – 2011 =0
    -> (x+1) (x+1) =0+2011
    -> (x+1)^2=2011
    -> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}(x+1)^2=(\sqrt{2011})^2\\(x+1)^2=(-\sqrt{2011})^2\end{array} \right.\) $\\$-> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x+1=\sqrt{2011}\\x+1=-\sqrt{2011}\end{array} \right.\) $\\$ -> \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=\sqrt{2011}-1\\x=-\sqrt{2011}-1\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy x = \sqrt{2011}-1 hoặc x=-\sqrt{2011}-1
