    (x-1)/(x+5)=(6)/(7) (ĐK:x\ne -5)
    ->7(x-1)=6(x+5)
    ->7x-7=6x+30
    ->7x-6x=7+30
    ->x=37\  (tmđk)
    Vậy x=37

    Giải đáp+giải thích các bước giải:
    $\dfrac{x-1}{x+5}$ = $\dfrac{6}{7}$ 
    $\text{⇒(x – 1) . 7 = (x + 5) . 6}$
    $\text{⇒ 7x – 7 = 6x + 30}$
    $\text{⇒ 7x – 6x = 30 + 7}$
    $\text{⇒ x = 37}$
