    $x\geq2$
    $->x^2\geq2^2=4$
    $->4x^2\geq16(1)$
    $x\geq2$
    $->\dfrac{1}{2}x\geq1(2)$
    Từ (1)(2)-> $4x^2+\dfrac{1}{2}x\geq16+1=17$
    Dấu “=” xảy ra khi x=2
    Vậy $P_{min}=17$ khi x=2
