     a) -26 : 13/4 = 2/3 : x 
    ⇒ 2/3 : x = -26 . 4/13
    ⇒ 2/3 : x = -8
    ⇒ x = 2/3 : -8
    ⇒ x = 2/3 . -1/8
    ⇒ x = -1/12
    Vậy x = -1/12

    $-8=$ $\frac{2}{3}:x$
    $\frac{2}{3}:x=-8$
    $x=$ $\frac{2}{3}:(-8)$
    $x=$ $\frac{-1}{12}$
    Vậy $x=$ $\frac{-1}{12}$
