    =>3n+14\vdots 3n-2
    =>3n-2+16\vdots3n-2
    =>16\vdots3n-2
    =>3n-2\inƯ(16)
    =>3n-2\in{+-1;+-2;+-8;+-16}
    \text{Ta lập bảng giá trị như sau.}
