    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     x+16  $\vdots$ x+1
    ⇒ x+1+15 $\vdots$x+1
    ⇒ 15 $\vdots$x+1
    ⇒ (x+1) ∈ U(15)={±1;±3;±5;±15}
    Nếu:
    x+1=1 ⇒ x=0
    x+1=-1⇒x=-2
    x+1=3⇒x=2
    x+1=-3⇒x=-4
    x+1=5⇒x=4
    x+1=-5⇒x=-6
    x+1=15⇒x=14
    x+1=-15⇒x=-16
    Vậy  x ∈ {0;2;4;14;-2;-4;-6;-16}

    ( x + 1 ) + 15 $\vdots$ x + 1

     Để 15 $\vdots$ x + 1 thì : 
    x + 1 ∈ Ư ( 15 ) = { ±1 ; ±3 ; ± 5 ; ± 15 }
    TH1 : x + 1 = 1 ⇒ x = 0
    TH2 : x + 1 = -1 ⇒ x = -2
    TH3 : x + 1 = 3 ⇒ x = 2
    TH4 : x + 1 = -3 ⇒ x = -4
    TH5 : x + 1 = 5 ⇒ x = 4
    TH6 : x + 1 = -5 ⇒ x = -6
    TH7 : x + 1 = 15 ⇒ x = 14
    TH8 : x + 1 = -15 ⇒ x = -16
     Vậy x = { -16 ; -6 ; -4 ; -2 ; 0 ; 2 ; 4 ; 14 } thì x + 16 $\vdots$ x + 1
