=> 28x = 35.4
=> 28x = 140
=> x = 140 : 28
=> x = 5
Vậy x = 5
b, 11/y = (-33)/27
=> -33y = 11.27
=> -33y = 297
=> y = 297 : (-33)
=> y = -9
Vậy x = -9
c, x/4 = 9/x
=> x.x = 9.4
=> x^2 = 36
=> x^2 = (±6)^2
=> x = ±6
Vậy x in {6;-6}
d, (y-2)/15 = (-1)/5
=> 5(y – 2) = -1.15
=> 5y – 10 = -15
=> 5y = -15 + 10
=> 5y = -5
=> y = -5 : 5
=> y = -1
Vậy y = -1

⇒ 28x = 4 × 35
⇒ 28x = 140

⇒ x² = 4 × 9
⇒ x² = 36 = 6² = ( -6 )²
⇒ x = { ±6 }
Vậy x = { ±6 }
d) $\dfrac{y-2}{15}$ = $\dfrac{-1}{5}$
⇒ ( y – 2 ) × 5 = -1 × 15
⇒ ( y – 2 ) × 5 = -15
⇒ y – 2 = -3
⇒ y = -1
Vậy y = -1
