    => 2n + 8 vdots 2n+3
    => 2n + 8 – ( 2n+3) vdots 2n+3
    => 2n + 8 – 2n -3 vdots 2n+3
    => 5 vdots 2n+3
    => 2n+3 ∈ Ư(5) = {1;-1;5;-5}
    => 2n ∈ {-2;-4;2;-8}
    => n ∈ {-1;-2;1;-4}
    mà n ∈ N
    Vậy n =1

    ->2n+8\vdots 2n+3
    ->(2n+3)+5\vdots 2n+3
    Vì (2n+3)\vdots 2n+3
    ->5\vdots 2n+3
    ->2n+3∈Ư(5)={±1;±5}
    Lập bảng giá trị :
    $\begin{array}{|c|c|}\hline 2n+3&-1&1&-5&5\\\hline n&-2\ (ktm)&-1\ (ktm)&-4\ (ktm)&1\ ™\\\hline\end{array}$
    Vậy để n+4\vdots 2n+3 thì n=1 ( thỏa mãn yêu cầu đề bài )
