     $75^o$
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     Vì $\widehat{xOy}$ và$ \widehat{yOt}$ kề bù nên
    $\widehat{xOy}+\widehat{yOt}\widehat{xOt}=180^o$
    $\widehat{xOy}=30^o$
    $⇒\widehat{yOt}=180^o-30^o$
    $⇒\widehat{yOt}=150^o$
    Ta có $Om$ là tia phân giác $\widehat{yOt}$
    $⇒\widehat{tOm}=\dfrac{\widehat{yOt}}{2}=\dfrac{150^o}{2}=75^o$

    hay $30^\circ$ + $\widehat{yOt}$ =$180^\circ$
    ⇔$\widehat{yOt}$=$150^\circ$
    Om là tia phân giác của góc $\widehat{yOt}$
    ⇒$\widehat{yOm}$=$\widehat{tOm}$=$\dfrac{\widehat{yOm}}{2}$=$\dfrac{\widehat{150^\circ}}{2}$=$a75^\circ$
    Vậy  $\widehat{tOm}$=$a75^\circ$
