    225 : 15 + 3 xx (2x + 1) = 270
    $\Rightarrow$ 15 + 3 xx (2x + 1) = 270
    $\Rightarrow$ 3 xx (2x + 1) = 270 – 15
    $\Rightarrow$ 3 xx (2x + 1) = 255
    $\Rightarrow$ (2x + 1) = 255 : 3
    $\Rightarrow$ 2x + 1 = 85
    $\Rightarrow$ 2x = 85 – 1
    $\Rightarrow$ 2x = 84
    $\Rightarrow$ x = 84 : 2
    $\Rightarrow$ x = 42
