    12 . (x – 1) : 3 = 4^{3} + 2^{3}
    $\Rightarrow$ 12 . (x – 1) : 3 = 64 + 8
    $\Rightarrow$ 12 . (x – 1) : 3 = 72
    $\Rightarrow$ 12 . (x – 1) = 72 . 3
    $\Rightarrow$ 12 . (x – 1) = 216
    $\Rightarrow$ (x – 1) = 216 : 12
    $\Rightarrow$ x – 1 = 18
    $\Rightarrow$ x = 18 + 1
    $\Rightarrow$ x = 19

    12.(x-1):3=72
    12.(x-1)=72xx3
    12.(x-1)=216
    x-1=216:12
    x-1=18
    x=18+1
    x=19
    Vậy x=19
