    Ta có :
    a,b x 9,9 = aa,bb
    a,b x10 x 9,9 x 10 = aa,bb x 100
    ab x 99 = aabb 
    ab x 99 = 11 x ( a x 100 + b )
    ab x 9 = a x 100 + b
    a x 90 + b x 9 = a x 100 + b
    b x 8 = a x 10
    b x 4 = a x 5             nên a = 4 ; b = 5
    Vậy số thập phân cần tìm là : 4,5
