    $\begin{array}{l} 12\cos 2x – 5\sin 2x = 13\\  \Leftrightarrow \dfrac{{12}}{{13}}\cos 2x – \dfrac{5}{{13}}\sin 2x = 1\\  \Leftrightarrow \cos \left( {2x + \alpha } \right) = 1\left( {\alpha  = \arccos \left( {\dfrac{{12}}{{13}}} \right)} \right)\\  \Leftrightarrow 2x + \alpha  = k2\pi \\  \Leftrightarrow x =  – \dfrac{\alpha }{2} + k\pi \left( {k \in \mathbb{Z}} \right) \end{array}$

    $-5\sin2x+12\cos2x=13$
    $\to 5\sin2x-12\cos2x=-13$
    Đặt $\cos\alpha=\dfrac{5}{13}; \sin\alpha=\dfrac{12}{13}$
    Phương trình tương đương với:
    $13\sin(2x-\alpha)=-13$
    $\to \sin(2x-\alpha)=-1$
    $\to 2x-\alpha=\dfrac{-\pi}{2}+k2\pi$
    $\to x=\dfrac{\alpha}{2}-\dfrac{\pi}{4}+k\pi$
