    a.$ x\in\{-\dfrac2{15},1\}$
    b.$x=0$
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    a.ĐKXĐ: $x\ne 2,-\dfrac23$
    Ta có:
    $\dfrac{5}{3x+2}+\dfrac{4}{2-x}=5$
    $\to 5(2-x)+4(3x+2)=5(2-x)(3x+2)$
    $\to 7x+18=-15x^2+20x+20$
    $\to -15x^2+13x+2=0$
    $\to x\in\{-\dfrac2{15},1\}$
    b.ĐKXĐ: $x\ge -4$
    Ta có:
    $\sqrt{x+4}\ge 0\to 2-x\ge 0\to x\le 2$
    Ta có:
    $\sqrt{x+4}=2-x$
    $\to x+4=(2-x)^2$
    $\to x+4=4-4x+x^2$
    $\to x^2-5x=0$
    $\to x\in\{0,5\}$
    Mà $-4\le x\le 2$
    $\to x=0$
