    ĐK: $2x+3\ne 0\to x\ne \dfrac{-3}{2}$
    $\to D=\left(-\infty;\dfrac{-3}{2}\right)\cup\left(\dfrac{-3}{2};+\infty\right)$
    $y=f(x)=\dfrac{x-1}{2x+3}$
    Xét $x_1<x_2$ trên từng khoảng xác định
    $T=\dfrac{f(x_1)-f(x_2)}{x-x_2}$
    $=\dfrac{\dfrac{x_1-1}{2x_1+3}-\dfrac{x_2-1}{2x_2+3} }{x_1-x_2}$
    $=\dfrac{2x_1x_2+3x_1-2x_2-3-(2x_1x_2-2x_1+3x_2-3)}{(x_1-x_2)(2x_1+3)(2x_2+3)}$
    $=\dfrac{ 5x_1-5x_2}{(2x_1+3)(2x_2+3)(x_1-x_2)}$
    $=\dfrac{5}{(2x_1+3)(2x_2+3)}$
    Ta có $x_1<x_2\to 2x_1+3<2x_2+3$
    $\to T>0$
    Vậy HSĐB trên $(-\infty;\dfrac{-3}{2}\Big)$ và $\Big( \dfrac{-3}{2};+\infty)$
