    (x-3)( $\sqrt{x}$  -1)=1
    => $\begin{cases}x-3=1\\\sqrt{x}-1=1\end{cases}$
    => $\begin{cases}x=4\\\sqrt{x}=2\end{cases}$
    =>x=4
