     (20-x)/(x+16) = 4/5 (ĐKXĐ: x \ne -16)
    => 5(20 – x) =4 (x+16)
    <=> 100  -5x = 4x + 64
    <=> -5x – 4x = 64 – 100
    <=> -9x = -36
    <=> x = 4 (thỏa mãn điều kiện)
    Vậy phương trình đã cho có nghiệm x=4

    \frac{20-x}{x+16}=4/5(x\ne-16)
    <=>5(20-x)=4(x+16)
    <=>100-5x=4x+64
    <=>4x+5x=100-64
    <=>9x=36
    <=>x=4(\text{Thỏa mãn})
    Vậy x=4
