    (x-4) .(x+1) < 0
    => x-4 ; x+1 là hai số nguyên khác dấu
    So sánh : x -4 ; x+1
    x = x ; -4 < +1
    => x – 4 < x + 1
    => x -4 < 0
    => x < 4
    => x + 1 >0
    => x > -1
    => -1 < x < 4
    => x = { 0 ; 1; 2;3 }
    Vậy x = { 0;1;2;3}
