    a) (x-1/4)^2 = 1/9
    => (x-1/4)^2 = (+-1/3)^2
    => x -1/4 = 1/3 hoặc x – 1/4 = -1/3
    => x = 1/3 + 1/4 hoặc x = -1/3 + 1/4
    => x  = 4/12 + 3/12 hoặc x = -4/12 + 3/12
    => x = 7/12 hoặc x = -1/12
    Vậy x in { 7/12 ; -1/12 }
    b) (x-1/4)^3 = 1/27
    => ( x -1/4)^3 = (1/3)^3
    => x -1/4 = 1/3
    => x = 1/3 + 1/4
    => x = 4/12 + 3/12
    => x = 7/12
    Vậy x = 7/12
