    $\text{⇒(x-4):2=23-11}$
    $\text{⇒(x-4):2=12}$
    $\text{⇒x-4=12·2}$
    $\text{⇒x-4=24}$
    $\text{⇒x=24+4}$
    $\text{⇒x=28}$
    $\text{Vậy x=28}$
