    $(x+2)(x-1)-3(1-x)=0$
    ⇔(x+2)(x-1)+3(x-1)=0
    ⇔(x-1)(x+2+3)=0
    ⇔(x-1)(x+5)=0
    TH1: x – 1 =0⇔x=1
    TH2: x+5 = 0 ⇔ x= -5
    Vậy x∈{1; -5}

    $\text{⇔ ( x + 2 )( x – 1 ) + 3( x – 1 ) = 0}$
    $\text{⇔( x – 1 )( x + 2 + 3 ) = 0}$
    $\text{⇔ ( x – 1 )( x + 5 ) = 0}$
    $\text{⇒}$ $\left[\begin{matrix} x – 1 = 0\\ x + 5 = 0\end{matrix}\right.$
    $\text{⇒}$ $\left[\begin{matrix} x = 1\\ x = -5\end{matrix}\right.$
    Vậy $\text{x ∈ { 1; -5 } }$
