     x > -18
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     (2-x)/4 < 5
    <=> (2-x)/4 – 5 < 0
    <=> (2-x)/4 – 20/4 < 0
    <=> (2 – x – 20)/4 < 0
    <=> (-x – 18)/4 < 0
    <=> -x – 18 < 0 (do 4>0)
    <=> -x < 18
    <=> x > -18
    Vậy bất phương trình đã cho có nghiệm x > -18
