a) $\frac{\sqrt[]{x-1}}{\sqrt[]{x-5}}$ = 2
b) $\sqrt[3]{x^{2}-1}$ = 2

     a) ĐKXĐ : x > 5
         $\dfrac{\sqrt{x – 1}}{\sqrt{x – 5}}$ = 2
    ⇔ $\sqrt{\dfrac{x – 1}{x – 5}}$ = 2
    ⇔ $\dfrac{x – 1}{x – 5}$ = 4
    ⇔ x – 1 = 4 ( x – 5 )
    ⇔ x – 1 = 4x – 20
    ⇔ 3x = 19
    ⇔ x =$\dfrac{19}{3}$  ( thỏa mãn )
    Vậy x = 6
    b) Bài này trong căn bậc ba nên ko có điều kiện xác định nha bạn
         $\sqrt[3]{x² – 1}$ = 2
    ⇔ $\sqrt[3]{x² – 1}$ = ( $\sqrt[3]{2}$ )³
    ⇔ x² – 1 = 2³
    ⇔ x² – 1 = 8
    ⇔ x² = 9
    ⇔ x = ± 3 ( thỏa mãn )

    a) $\frac{\sqrt{x – 1}}{\sqrt{x – 5}}$ = 2 Đkxđ: x > 5
    ⇔ $\sqrt{x – 1}$ = 2$\sqrt{x – 5}$
    ⇔ x – 1 = 4.(x – 5)
    ⇔ x – 1 = 4x – 20
    ⇔ -3x = – 19
    ⇔ x = $\frac{19}{3}$ (t/m)
    Vậy x = $\frac{19}{3}$
    b) $\sqrt[3]{x² – 1}$ = 2
    ⇔ x² – 1 = 8
    ⇔ x² = 9
    ⇔ x = ±3
    Vậy x = ±3
