    => \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-4 ≤ 0\\x + 7≥ 0 \end{array} \right.\)
    Hoặc => ≤\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-4≥0\\x+7≤0\end{array} \right.\) 
    => -7 ≤ x ≤ 4
    => x = {-7;-6;-5;-4;-3;-2;-1;0;1;2;3;4}
    Vậy x = {-7;-6;-5;-4;-3;-2;-1;0;1;2;3;4}

    Trường hợp 1 : x-4≥0 ; x+7≤0
    +)x-4≥0        +)x+7≤0
    →x≥4            →x≤-7
    ⇒4≤x≤-7
    ⇒x ∈ ∅
    Trường hợp 2 : x-4≤0 ; x+7≥0
    +)x-4≤0         +)x+7≥0
    →x≤4              →x≥-7
    ⇒-7≤x≤4
    Mà x ∈ Z
    ⇒x ∈ {-7;-6;-5;-4;. . .;2;3;4}
    Vậy x ∈ {-7;-6;-5;-4;. . .;2;3;4}
