A=((x-3)/x-x/(x-3)+9/(x^2-3x)):(2x-2)/x(x\ne0;x\ne1;x\ne3)

->A=((x-3)^2-x^2+9)/(x(x-3)) . x/(2(x-1))

->A=(-6x+18)/(x(x-3)) . x/(2(x-1))

->A=(-6(x-3)x)/(x(x-3)2(x-1))

->A=(-3)/(x-1)

b,

A=(-3)/(x-1)

Để A nguyên thì

x-1\inƯ(3)={+-1;+-3}

=>x\in{2;0;4;-2}

Vì x\ne0;x\ne3 nên x=2;x=-2;x=4

Vậy A có giá trị nguyên
