    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     B = x^2 – 3x – 2
    = (x^2 – 3x + 9/4) – 17/4
    =  [ x^2 – 2 . x . 3/2 + (3/2)^2] – 17/4
    = (x – 3/2)^2 – 17/4
    \forall x ta có :
    (x-3/2)^2 \ge 0
    => (x-3/2)^2 – 17/4 \ge -17/4
    => B \ge -17/4
    Dấu = xảy ra <=>x-3/2=0
    <=>x=3/2
    Vậy \text{Min}_B = -17/4 <=>x=3/2
