    Ta có : 
    3/x+y/3=5/6
    =>3/x=5/6-y/3
    =>3/x=(5-2y)/6
    =>x(5-2y)=18
    =>x\inƯ_{(18)}; (5-2y)\inƯ_{(18)}
    Ư_{(18)}={+-1; +-2; +-3; +-6; +-9; +-18}
    Mà (5-2y) là số lẻ, x\inZZ
    =>$\begin{cases} (5-2y)∈{±1; ±3; ±9}\\x∈{±2; ±6; ±8}\end{cases}$
    +) Xét x=18
    =>5-2y=1=>y=2
    +) Xét x=-18
    =>5-2y=-1=>y=3
    +) Xét x=6 
    =>5-2y=3=>y=1
    +) Xét x=-6
    =>5-2y=-3=>y=4
    +) Xét x=2
    =>5-2y=9=>y=-2
    +) Xét x=-2
    =>5-2y=-9=>y=7
    Vậy các cặp x,y thoả mãn là : 
    (x=18; y=2)
    (x=-18; y=3)
    (x=6; y=1)
    (x=-6; y=4)
    (x=2; y=-2)
    (x=-2; y=7)
