    Giải đáp:
     $a) -7.(x+3)=-49$
    $⇔ x+3= (-49):(-7)$
    $⇔  x+3=7$
    $⇔ x=4$
    $Vậy$ $x=4$
    $b) 4x-15=-75$
    $⇔ 4x= (-75)+15$
    $⇔ 4x= -60$
    $⇔ x=-15$
    $Vậy$ $x=-15$
    $c) -102:x=-3$
    $⇔ x= (-102):(-3)$
     $⇔ x= 34$
    $Vậy$ $x=34$
    $d) x:12=-25$
    $⇔ x= (-25).12$
    $⇔ x= -300$
    $Vậy$ $x=-300$
    $e) x:(-3)-12=-8$
    $⇔ x:(-3)= (-8)+12$
    $⇔ x:(-3)= 4$
    $⇔ x=4.(-3)$
    $⇔ x=-12$
