     $\dfrac{3}{2}+\dfrac{6}{7}:x=\dfrac{2}{5}$
    $⇔ \dfrac{6}{7}:x= \dfrac{2}{5}-\dfrac{3}{2}$
    $⇔ \dfrac{6}{7}:x=\dfrac{-11}{10}$
    $⇔ x= \dfrac{6}{7}:\dfrac{-11}{10}$
    $⇔ x= \dfrac{-60}{77}$
    $vậy$ $x=\dfrac{-60}{77}$
