    -> 4/13 . (6/5+2/5) . (2x+1)^2=10/13
    -> 4/13 . 8/5 . (2x+1)^2=10/13
    -> 32/65 . (2x+1)^2=10/13
    ->(2x+1)^2=10/13 . 65/32
    ->(2x+1)^2=25/16
    TH2 :
    (2x+1)^2=(5/4)^2
    ->2x+1=5/4
    ->2x=5/4-1=5/4-4/4=1/4
    ->x=1/4 . 1/2 = 1/8
    TH2 :
    (2x+1)^2=((-5)/4)^2
    ->2x+1=(-5)/4
    ->2x=(-5)/4-1=(-5)/4-4/4=(-9)/4
    ->x=(-9)/4 . 1/2 = (-9)/8
    Vậy x=1/8 hoặc x=(-9)/8
